In our experience, Thraya is not just a school but like a second home as they treat children like a family. I was amazed by the intentionally designed classrooms, which nurture the kids without disturbing their original nature. It is so homely and grounded atmosphere for kids from playing only with “natural materials” to being in touch with soil, plants, birds and nature which are the true learnings beyond four walls. One wonderful thing is that kids create their own books for each subject 😀 which shows how thraya values the creativity and uniqueness of each child. In a system where kids natural genius is being diminished with digital classrooms, artificial indoor atmosphere, stressed curriculum, we loved waldorf’s curriculum which gives importance to “free play” that keeps their happiness alive & develops their inner qualities. Thanks to the founders Meenu and Bharat for creating an oasis in a desert which is the most needed thing for my kid to grow into a happy human being.

Wonderful Waldorf inspired school, child centered, focused on experiential and holistic development with a safe and warm environment. Been a wonderful experience so far- my daughter loves going to school- and loves the wonderful campus, the kind teachers, the outdoor play time, the daily activities like cooking, gardening, water painting. A huge change from traditional & Montessori schools. There is a very visible difference in my daughter's happiness, confidence, independence & overall development.

Thraya is a place where kids can experience slow and joyful learning which is very much required in this fast moving world to preserve and nourish the childhood in the heart of these little humans. The building blends into the nature quite smooth that it provides the outdoor time for the kids very effortlessly. The activities provided for the kindergarten are thoughtful and makes the kids feel at home. Founder has very sensible mindset which makes the entire school setup helps students to thrive and also be happy souls. As parents we are very happy to choose this school for my little one.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Thraya, a Waldorf-inspired school, and it was truly a beautiful and refreshing experience. From the moment I entered, there was a strong sense of calm, warmth, and nurturing that made the space feel incredibly special. This was my first time visiting a Waldorf-inspired environment, and I was deeply impressed by how thoughtfully every detail has been designed with young children and their developmental needs at heart. What stood out the most was that the philosophy is not just held by the founder Meenu and co-founder Bharath, but is genuinely embraced by every teacher there. When the entire team believes in the same vision, it creates an authentic learning environment where children and families can truly benefit. I also attended a wonderful workshop on “Sleep and Childhood” by Dr. Wahida Murthy, which was insightful and highly valuable. As a parent, I would strongly recommend such sessions to others — they provide practical understanding and meaningful guidance. I look forward to attending more programs at Thraya and hope they consider conducting summer camps as well, so that older children who may not be enrolled full-time can still experience and benefit from this nurturing approach.

One of a kind campus! Serene and peaceful!

Thraya campus is very peaceful and full of greenery. Children have plenty of space to run, play, and explore outdoors with sand, swings, and natural surroundings.

Thraya is not like the usual schools. The campus feels warm and close to nature, and children are encouraged to learn through play, art, and stories. Teachers are caring and give personal attention, which makes kids feel safe and happy. A wonderful choice for parents looking for a gentle and screen-free start to education.
