In synergy with our approach of age-appropriate learning for children, our admission guidelines are fundamentally based on the readiness of the student. We take into consideration the seven-year cycles of life from Waldorf philosophy, as well as the contextual NEP, central-state government directives that require the child to complete 6 years of age by the time they enter class 1.

Choosing a school is a personal journey for every family. Our goal is to ensure that you feel joy, confidence, and a sense of shared purpose throughout the process. Admissions is not just about forms, it’s a meaningful opportunity for us to know about your child and for you to explore our school, ask questions, and connect with our community.

We are currently open for admissions from Kindergarten to Grade 2 within the age group of 3 to 8 years. Admissions for higher classes will open gradually every year all the way till grade 10.
Children must complete 3 years for Nursery, 4 years for LKG and 5 years for UKG. We follow age-appropriate admissions giving importance to the complete, holistic developmental growth of children and unhurried learning.
If seats are available in an existing class, we may offer mid-year admission after meeting the child and family. Early-year classes are usually full, so parents are encouraged to enquire early.
You can submit the application form on the website. Our team will schedule a campus visit where you can see the learning spaces, meet the teachers and understand how the day flows for young children. Our team will guide you about the next steps to confirm admission.
This meeting helps us understand your child’s rhythm, needs and daily habits. It also gives us an opportunity to learn more on the family values and expectations. Parents can ask questions about the day, food, play, settling-in period and how Waldorf early childhood works.
No. Children in early years learn through imitation, rhythm and play. We do not conduct tests or interviews. We simply observe the readiness of the child to come to school and engage in the environment. For grade school, children’s skills are observed in a non-formal way with activities designed to naturally encourage them to write, read and play. This time is to observe the child’s readiness for the learning outcomes of the grade they are ready for.
Government issued IDs such as birth certificate, Aadhar card along with previous school records, photographs would be needed to submit the application form. Our admissions team will guide you through each step.
